Camouflage wants you to be delighted with your new purchase. If your purchased items do not meet your expectations for any reason, we are glad to return or exchange your new and unused items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please note that exchange or return is possible within a time-lapse of not more than 30 days upon delivery date. No refund will be issued to orders older than 7 days based on the delivery date. If you have any issues with the item purchased and your order is less than 30 days, we can consider an exchange only. If you would like to return an item an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number) is required. All unauthorized returns will be discarded if unclaimed within 30 days.
Steps to obtain an RMA:
Returns (Refund or exchange of the new item within the warranty period):
All products must be returned unmarked and unused in original packaging for a full refund. Items in plastic clam packaging, Ammo, CO2, green gas, lubricants, used batteries, clearance, and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns are only available for items purchased online.
If these requirements are not met, Camouflage will cancel the refund or exchange and the customer must take the items back and pay for any shipping fee incurred.
When a return is not a result of our error, customers are accountable for all shipping costs with a 15% restocking fee for all extra handling costs that will be incurred during the entire process.
We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service as we will not cover any damages or loss in transit before the item reaches us.
No original shipping costs bore by customers are refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund.
Once a refund has been agreed on the order, it must be cleared back onto the original payment method as we shall not issue a refund via a different method or to a different person.
Returns are usually processed in 3-5 business days upon receipt.
Manufacturer Defects (Items received with a defect):
We recommend testing your product and reporting any malfunctions immediately to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
If the product proves to be faulty due to any manufacturing defects coverable in its warranty policy, in this exceptional case we will repair it for free or provide you with a full refund that will also include the shipping charges paid in the purchase of the item.
No restocking fees shall be applicable and customers will not be subject to any shipping costs in the exchange or sending back the repaired item.
Damage Upon Arrival (if your package arrived damaged):
We will help you file a carrier claim with courier service in case your package has been damaged in transit and or it’s delivered in bad condition. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
Return back to our address (Wrong or incomplete address provided by customer):
Customers are duly requested to properly check their addresses upon checkout. For any return shipment and the customer wants a refund, a 10% restocking fee along with the actual shipping costs incurred will be charged.
In case the customer wants the package to be reshipped, the customer will have to pay a new shipping fee plus an additional $10 for handling/processing costs.

Please note all returns with damaged packaging or missing components is subject to up to 50% restocking fees.
